Download Our Updated Mobile App
In order to provide our members with a better maintained version of our mobile app, an updated version of the Health Zone app is now available.
Members who are currently using the old app will need to uninstall and install the new version.
To download the app:
- Search for CSI Spectrum in your app store.
- Once you open the new app, you will be asked for an access code.
- Access code is: healthzone (one word, no spaces, no capitals)
- Confirm that you want the Health Zone logo on your phone.
- The process for logging in and setting up a new sign up is the same.

Setting up Your Online Account
To log in to your account, please use the email you have on file with Health Zone. Once your membership has been verified, a follow up email will be sent to you with your sign-on credentials.
Current Health Zone online services include:
- your general membership account information;
- a listing of Zone Advantage exercise class schedules;
- online bill pay, statements and transaction history; and
- a listing of your upcoming Health Zone appointments or series classes.
