Group exercise classes at Health Zone at Saint Francis offer something for everyone. From a 30 minute power class to strength training to Zumba - try a new one each week!

Fitness Classes at Health Zone

Each class can be adjusted for your fitness level. We recommend drinking plenty of water in the hours leading up, during and after any fitness class. Dress comfortably, keeping in mind the movement of the class.

Group Exercise Classes available at Health Zone

Monday Morning Bench: Structured workout that utilizes a bench for an hour of cardio with various steps and choreography.

Barre Fit: A low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines ballet-inspired moves with balls, bands and hand weights to strengthen the entire body.

Body Flex: A one-hour class utilizing a weighted bar system for a complete strength training/ fat burning workout.

Body Crush: A new class formatted using dumbbells, a step and a mat. Working through alternating round of upper body and lower body strength training will continue to keep your heart rate elevated throughout the 45 minute class. This class is for all participants of all fitness levels.

Piloxing Barre: Piloxing Barre is high energy yet focused – fluid yet powerful. In this 45 minute cardio program, you lengthen, strengthen, box and sweat. It leads to achieving better body balance, initiating deeper muscle engagement – to stronger, healthier joints.

RIPPED – Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Diet: RIPPED is a 60-minute, high intensity training class. Participants may burn 750 to 1,000 calories per class through different challenges to the body and changing focus every six to nine minutes. You will use free weights, body weight and resistance training while being motivated by fun music. RIPPED is effective, tough and attainable for all fitness levels.

Soul Kickboxing: A high-energy, music-driven fusion fitness class combining kickboxing combos, dance-inspired cardio, bodyweight strength and mobility work.

Soul Strength: A high-intensity fitness class that blends resistance training, cardio and mobility set to music.

Step Muscle: This step class uses hand weights to boost heart rate, improve coordination and build overall strength.

Zumba: Dance your way to fitness! Zumba is a high energy, fat-burning and body-sculpting workout that combines unique Latin and international dance rhythms. Zumba is a motivating way to lose weight, workout and have fun.

Saturday Sweat Sessions
These high-energy private group exercise sessions include various circuit training, tabata and HIIT workouts each week to get your weekend off to a fit start.

X-treme Sweat with Zone Fit
Push your limits and break out of routine with this dynamic total-body fitness class designed to deliver results. Each session keeps your heart rate up while targeting strength, endurance, and mobility. Using a variety of equipment ensuring every workout feels new and challenging. Whether you're building strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, or just looking to shake up your routine, this class offers a balanced, full-body experience that adapts to all fitness levels while keeping motivation high.

ZoneFit – Small Group Training
ZoneFit is designed to maximize your potential and help you reach new heights in your fitness level. With convenient session times throughout the day, there's sure to be a group to fit your needs. An additional per class charge does apply or you can purchase a monthly unlimited pass.
