Group exercise classes at Health Zone at Saint Francis offer something for everyone. From a 30 minute power class to strength training to Zumba - try a new one each week!

Fitness Classes at Health Zone

Each class can be adjusted for your fitness level. We recommend drinking plenty of water in the hours leading up, during and after any fitness class. Dress comfortably, keeping in mind the movement of the class.

Studio A Class Schedule

Group Exercise Classes available at Health Zone

Bench 50/50 (Moderate): A one-hour class based on the stair climbing concept. The first half is cardio training and the second half is full-body strength and balance training. This class is for participants of all fitness levels.

Body Flex (Moderate): A one-hour class utilizing a weighted bar system for a complete strength training/ fat burning workout.

Body Crush (Moderate/Strong): A new class formatted using dumbbells, a step and a mat. Working through alternating round of upper body and lower body strength training will continue to keep your heart rate elevated throughout the 45 minute class. This class is for all participants of all fitness levels.

Fast and Furious (Strong): Experience high intensity interval training (HIIT) at its best! We have combined cardiovascular and strength training circuits into one action calorie scorching class.

Shred (Moderate/Strong): An outdoor class held in the courtyard using balls, bands, tubes and the great outdoors! This class will challenge you with cardio, strength, balance, suspension training and we won't forget to throw in the intervals. A great way to start your day!

Piloxing Barre (Strong): Piloxing Barre is high energy yet focused – fluid yet powerful. In this 45 minute cardio program, you lengthen, strengthen, box and sweat. It leads to achieving better body balance, initiating deeper muscle engagement – to stronger, healthier joints.

Power Pilates Core (Moderate): This 60-minute Pilates mat class includes a quicker mat flow, light weights, seated and standing floor work.

RIPPED – Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Diet (Strong): RIPPED is a 60-minute, high intensity training class. Participants may burn 750 to 1,000 calories per class through different challenges to the body and changing focus every six to nine minutes. You will use free weights, body weight and resistance training while being motivated by fun music. RIPPED is effective, tough and attainable for all fitness levels.

Rumble (Strong): An authentic yet simple to master cardio mixed martial arts (MMA) class adapted for group exercise. No MMA experience required, just be ready to sweat.

Sprint (Strong): This full-body workout takes your metabolic conditioning to the next level whether you are a yogi, novice, HIIT fanatic, weight lifter or endurance athlete. Three fitness levels will be shown for every exercise. Equipment recommended: light to medium dumbbells and a mat.

Torched (Strong): This full body workout will begin with five agility and strength exercises for your warm up, followed by five high intensity intervals (HIIT), followed by five mind body exercises that serve as your active recovery/cool down after each HIIT segment. Three levels will be demonstrated for each exercise. Equipment recommended: light dumbbells, bands and a mat.

Zumba (Moderate): Dance your way to fitness! Zumba is a high energy, fat-burning and body-sculpting workout that combines unique Latin and international dance rhythms. Zumba is a motivating way to lose weight, workout and have fun.

ZoneFit is designed to maximize your potential and help you reach new heights in your fitness level. With convenient session times throughout the day, there's sure to be a group to fit your needs. An additional per class charge does apply or you can purchase a monthly unlimited pass.
