Choose a revitalizing session when you visit our fitness center:
- Pilates: Focuses on your body’s core by combining breathing techniques with strengthening exercises to improve coordination, balance and posture.
- Yoga: Helps you find relaxation and overall wellness through breath control, meditation and mastery of specific body postures.
- Low-Impact Flexibility: Achieve greater range of motion, balance and strength through routines that put little or no stress on the body.
All mind, body and specialty classes are led by expert instructors several days a week.

- A limited number of yoga mats are available for member use. Please bring your own mat to class if you have one.
