Saint Francis Health System entities participate in many PPO and HMO plans. Applicable co-pays, payment for non-covered services or payment for service for which the patient files the claim are expected at the time of visit. Major credit cards are also accepted. The patient is ultimately responsible for payment.

MyChart Paperless Billing and Online Payments
As of April 1, 2023, patients who have MyChart accounts will automatically receive paperless billing statements through their MyChart accounts; online payments can also be made through the MyChart account.
No Surprises Act
Beginning January 1, 2022, Saint Francis Health System will be in compliance with the new, federal No Surprises Act that is designed to help patients better understand healthcare costs and protect them from surprise billing or balance billing. The law aims to protect consumers from unexpected bills for out-of-network care in emergency and non-emergency settings.
