To help minimize costs and reduce environmental impact, as of April 1, 2023, Saint Francis MyChart users will receive all billing statements through their MyChart accounts. Unless requested, you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail.
How to access your statement in MyChart:
- Sign in to your MyChart account
- Select the 'Billing' tab to view your balance or last statement
- Select 'Pay Now' to make a secure online payment or manage a payment plan
- To receive email reminders about billing - go to the 'Communication Preferences' tab and update how you want to receive messages.
If you would like to continue to receive paper billing statements, sign in to your MyChart account to opt out if paperless billing.
