Here, in our state-of-the-art, medically based fitness center, we welcome Tulsa-area residents of all levels to experience this rewarding exercise, which combines breathing techniques with alignment and core work to improve coordination, balance and overall well-being.
Join Us in Our Pilates Studio For an Invigorating Session
Pilates Lite (Gentle): For those new to Pilates Mat or looking for a gentle mat class.
Pilates Mat (Moderate): This class incorporates a system of exercises designed to increase flexibility and improve posture, balance and coordination, as well as strengthen the core.
Pilates Mat Plus (Moderate): Our Pilates Mat class but with the added use of a different small apparatus in every class.
Foam Roller (Moderate): A cylindrical foam roller is used by applying body weight pressure to compress different muscle groups throughout the body. It is also used as a tool for abdominal/back exercises.
Please note:
- All classes are coed
- Class schedule is subject to change
- A limited number of yoga mats are available for member use. Please bring your own mat to class if you have one.
We recommend you drink plenty of water in the hours leading up to, during and after any fitness class. Please arrive a few minutes early to set up and dress comfortably, keeping in mind the movement of the class.
