Health Zone at Saint Francis, our 700,000-square-foot, medically based fitness center in Tulsa, features a barre studio to help you transform your body in a fun and rewarding way.
Barre classes fuse components of Pilates, yoga and ballet to create long, lean and strong muscles. Barre moves are generally low impact, but involve intervals of high-intensity strength training and stretching.

Please note:
- All classes are coed
- Class schedule is subject to change
- A limited number of yoga mats are available for member use. Please bring your own mat to class if you have one.
We recommend drinking plenty of water in the hours leading up to, during and after any fitness class. Dress comfortably in tighter-fitting clothing so that the barre instructor can easily see your form. Grippy-bottomed socks are recommended and can be purchased at the Health Zone Member Services desk. Please arrive a few minutes early to prepare.
