Cycling Class at Health Zone

Each class at Health Zone at Saint Francis can be adjusted for your fitness level. For maximum comfort, cycling shorts are recommended. Cycling cleats (SPDs) can be worn, but are not necessary; regular athletic shoes can also be worn. We recommend drinking plenty of water in the hours leading up, during and after any fitness class.
