E-Visit Details

Speak with Your Warren Clinic Doctor — Privately and Securely

If you are already a patient of Warren Clinic and have a health concern that is not an emergency, you can send a private and secure message to your doctor in an E-Visit.

E-Visits

For non-emergent issues, E-Visits allow you to consult with your Warren Clinic primary care provider and receive a treatment plan, as well as prescription (if clinically indicated), through your MyChart account—all without having to leave your home or office.

Types of issues that can currently be evaluated in an E-Visit include:

  • Cough
  • Diarrhea
  • Flu or Flu Exposure
  • Lice
  • Red Eye
  • Sinus Problems
  • Urinary Problems
  • Vaginal discharge
  • COVID-19 screening (for those that have a fever, cough or other respiratory symptoms)

E-Visits: Not for Serious or Urgent Needs

An E-Visit is not meant to take the place of an office visit for serious or urgent issues. While we strive to respond to E-Visits within four hours during operating hours, it may take up to the next business day to get a response. Only use E-Visits if you can wait.

E-Visit Common Questions and Answers

How do I submit an E-Visit?

To submit an E-Visit, log into your MyChart Account. Find the "E-Visit" option under the "Find Care" section in the main menu. You will be guided through a series of diagnostic questions related to your illness. You can choose to send your responses to either your provider or the next available Urgent Care provider. If you do not see the E-Visit prompt in MyChart, your provider does not offer this service.
