The medical staff offices for Saint Francis Hospital and Saint Francis Hospital South accept online and mailed payments for annual dues and fees. Please note pricing and directions for each hospital below.

Saint Francis Health System Application/Renewal Fees

These general application/renewal fees apply to both hospitals.

Physician Application Fee - $350 
Physician Application Late Fee - $300 
Allied Health Professional Application Fee - $200 
Allied Health Professional Renewal Fee - $100
