Scott Ptacnik serves as Saint Francis Health System’s Chief Population Health Officer and ACO Executive for Saint Francis Accountable Health Alliance. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in information systems and quantitative analysis from University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Ptacnik has spent most of his nearly 20-year healthcare career building and leading organizations that focus on delivering improved health outcomes, quality, and value to patients. He serves on the board of directors of Community Care.
