Thank you for your interest in EpicCare Link – your portal to patient information from all Saint Francis facilities.
How Does My Office Register?
To access your patient's Saint Francis records via EpicCare Link, some up-front setup is required.
Step 1: Register the practice and a Site Administrator
Site Administrators are users responsible for coordinating and managing their employee’s access to EpicCare Link. Once activated in EpicCare Link, the Site Administrator can access our online registration portal to request access for additional users for their practice, including a second or third Site Administrator.
To register your practice and a Site Administrator, please complete an online request.
Step 2: An EpicCare Link representative will contact you to start processing your request and gather any additional information needed.
Step 3: Once access is set up, the Site Administrator will receive an email from our IT Service Desk with their unique account information.
What Happens Next?
Within 10-15 business days of submitting a completed request, the office Site Administrator will be notified with their EpicCare Link log-on information. Upon logging in to EpicCare Link, there is a Quick Links section where the Site Administrator can access the online registration portal to request access for additional users. There is also a tip sheet in the same location to assist users with the registration portal. Also in the Quick Links section, an EpicCare Link quick start guide can be found along with additional tip sheets to help users navigate in EpicCare Link.
Existing Sites
Active EpicCare Link users with Saint Francis can use the Service-Now registration portal to submit user requests. The login for the portal is the same credentials used for EpicCare Link. User requests include: new user activations, user reactivations and user deactivations. The portal can also be used to add or remove authorizing providers for an existing practice.
The portal can be accessed from within EpicCare link by navigating to Account Requests in the Quick Links section of the EpicCare Link homepage. A tip sheet on how to use the portal is also available in the same location.
