"When we extended our healthcare mission to Muskogee in 2017, we dedicated ourselves to improving the health and well-being of our neighbors and investing in this community," said Michele Keeling, vice president and administrator, Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee. "This proposal to build and expand Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee is further testament to that commitment."
