While you enjoy an invigorating workout or another Health Zone service, your child can play safely nearby. We provide complete care for basic needs like bottle feeding and diaper changes as well as free play and planned activities to keep your kids safe and active so you don't have to stop your workout.
Monday – Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Monday – Thursday: 4:00 to 7:30 p.m.
