Discharge Planner
Madeleine Blankenship began at Laureate in 2020 as a geriatric unit psychiatric technician, later transitioning into the role of Behavioral Case Manager. Madeleine graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Oklahoma.
Emily Gray, D.Ph.
Pharmacist
Emily Gray obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in 2011. The following year, she completed her PGY1 residency at Saint Francis Health System. Emily continued her post graduate training at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, Illinois with a PGY2 residency in psychiatric pharmacy. She returned to Saint Francis Health System in 2013 as the clinical pharmacy specialist and pharmacist in charge at Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital. Dr. Gray is board certified in psychiatric pharmacy and is the first psychiatric clinical pharmacy specialist at Laureate.
Sage Lawrence, Ph.D., LPC, LMFT
Therapist
Sage Lawrence helps older adults dealing with dementia, mental health issues, grief and loss, terminal illness, and physical and developmental challenges. Dr. Lawrence holds a Master of Arts in marriage and family therapy from Harding Graduate School of Religion and a doctorate in counseling and supervision from Regent University. He is a member of Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society International and American Association of Christian Counselors.
Abigail Matthews
Recreational Therapist
Abigail Matthews is frequently seen in the Laureate Senior Behavioral Health unit with a balloon and a smile as she interacts with patients. Ms. Matthews graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2006 and joined our team the same year.
Betty Ann Miller, M.A
Discharge Planner
Betty Ann Miller has worked in the hospital setting for over 30 years. Betty Ann began her career at Saint Francis Hospital at the Heart Transplant Clinic as a social worker. Betty Ann then expanded her role to the complex discharge planner for Saint Francis Hospital, lastly working with stroke patients before joining Laureate in 2021. Betty Ann holds a masters in Counseling from Oral Roberts University.
Jill Peters
Admissions Coordinator/Community Liaison
Jill Peters is a 1994 graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. She joined Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital in 1998, and later joined the Senior Behavioral Health unit in 2007.
Debbie Pettit, MS, BSN
Senior Manager
Debbie Pettit began her career at Laureate working on the senior behavioral health unit as a staff nurse, then as house supervisor. She served as director of nursing before becoming senior manager. Debbie graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a master's in Human and Health Services Administration. She later received her Oklahoma Long Term Care Administrator's license.
Casey Rejda, LCSW
Therapist
Casey Rejda helps patients and families experiencing crisis type situations due to mental illness and dementia related problems. She began her career working with children then transitioned to adult medical social work at Saint Francis Hospital. Casey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Master of Science in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington.
