Moseman, M.D., CEDS-S, has worked with the Laureate Eating Disorders Program since completing his child psychiatry training in 2004, and he currently serves as medical director of the program. Susan Dunn

Laureate Eating Disorders - Adolescent Program
Susan Dunn has been a classroom teacher and professional educator in the Tulsa area since 1982. She joined the Laureate Eating Disorders adolescent team as education coordinator in 2017.
An alumna of Oklahoma State University, Mrs. Dunn has secondary teaching certification in English, journalism and language arts. Her experience spans all ages of adolescence and a broad range of curriculum.
In addition to individualizing a plan for each student, Mrs. Dunn also provides the necessary support, assistance and resources for students to continue academic progress during their time at Laureate. Susan is committed to collaborating with students, parents and schools as both instructional leader and student advocate.
Hannah George, MA, LMFT

Born and raised in Tulsa Oklahoma, Hannah George first joined the Laureate Eating Disorders Program in 2013 as a psychiatric technician where she discovered a passion for assisting patients and families through the recovery process. She completed her Master of Arts in Christian counseling with a marital and family therapy concentration at Oral Roberts University and then rejoined the Laureate Eating Disorders treatment team.
Hannah appreciates her work with families and using relationships to help move patients forward. She utilizes a family systems approach in her work with patients and advocates for patients to take an active role in the recovery process. Hannah also enjoys using creativity in therapy through experiential techniques.
Valerie Grogan, MS, RDN, LD, CEDS

Laureate Eating Disorders - Adolescent Program
Valerie Grogan, MS, RDN, LD, CEDS, joined the Laureate Eating Disorders Program in 2012. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University in nutritional sciences and a master’s degree from the University of Memphis in clinical nutrition.
Valerie focuses on integrating family involvement in all stages of nutrition therapy and works to bridge the gap between inpatient treatment and transition to outpatient care. “Food is Medicine” is the driving force behind Valerie’s approach to Medical Nutrition Therapy with adolescent eating disorders.
Ms. Grogan has also taken on the role of Laureate Librarian, as she is just as enthusiastic about reading as she is about nutrition - “nourish the body so you can nourish the mind."
Nancy Parke, RN, LPC

Nancy Parke, RN, LPC, began her work with the eating disorders program in 1991 as a registered nurse. She participated in creation of the adolescent program in 1994 and has remained associated with this specialty track.
Ms. Parke holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Langston University and a master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. She assumed therapist responsibilities in 2000, and in 2004 she earned her licensed professional counselor status.

Madeline Ray, LD, RLD, completed her Bachelor of Science in human nutrition at the University of Arkansas with a minor in psychology. She joined the Laureate Eating Disorders team in 2021 as a clinical dietitian.
Mackenzie Jantch, LMFT

Mackenzie “Mack” Jantsch graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Master’s of Science specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. Mack is a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist, LMFT, and an approved LMFT supervisor for the state of Oklahoma. Mack worked at Youth Services of Tulsa for 6 years as a family counselor and the family counseling coordinator before joining the adolescent team at Laureate’s Eating Disorder Program. Mack is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy. She is trained in assessing and managing suicide risk, a neurodevelopmental model for working with families with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders or other neurobehavioral conditions, and integrated treatment of complex trauma for adolescents. Her most recent presentation was discussing how to engage adolescents in healthy social media use. Mack has a passion for using family systems, trauma-informed care, and experiential techniques to help families navigate how to handle stress and the challenges of raising an adolescent in today’s world.
Blair Howard, LPC-C

Blair Howard, LPC-C, began working with the Laureate Eating Disorders Program in 2019 as a psychiatric technician, which ignited a deep love for the eating disorder population. She is currently working as a Clinician with the adolescent population in the eating disorders unit.
Blair has a passion for meeting young teens where their struggles lie, empowering them in their unique strengths and a caring heart that finds the balance between warm yet firm boundaries. She pulls from a person-centered, interpersonal and experiential approach in her practice.
Blair received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Sciences at Oklahoma State University and her Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Oklahoma State University. She is continuing to explore self-compassion and body neutral approaches with her adolescent clients.
Madeleine Patovisti, MS, LPC-C

Madeleine Patovisti, MS, LPC-C joined the Laureate Eating Disorders team in January 2021 as a psychiatric technician and then transitioned to an admissions coordinator and adolescent therapist intern. She completed her undergrad at the University of Oklahoma with a major in psychology and a minor in health and exercise science. She completed Oklahoma State’s Mental Health Counseling Master’s Program and accepted the position of Adolescent Therapist. She is passionate about eating disorder recovery and thrilled to be working her dream job.
