Saint Francis Home Care Companies offer a variety of services for those leaving the hospital to recover or manage an ongoing or terminal illness at home.
Saint Francis Home Health: employs highly trained and skilled staff that provide services such as IV infusion, wound and ostomy management, medication management, post stroke and neurological rehabilitation, post-amputation care, speech, language and occupational therapy, social work assessment and counseling and more.
Saint Francis Hospice: meets the physical, spiritual and psychological needs of the terminally ill patient. The patient and family are cared for using a multidisciplinary approach to services such as routine in-home care, nursing home care, respite care and when needed, continuous care.
Home Medical Equipment: provides the selection, delivery, set-up and maintenance of equipment as well as the education on the use of the equipment in the patient’s home. Home medical equipment includes items such as wheelchairs, beds, oxygen tanks, ventilators, apnea monitors, infusion pumps and more.

If you have a concern about patient care and safety that has not been addressed by the organization, please contact the Administration.
