If you have a concern about patient care and safety that has not been addressed by
the organization, please contact Administration. If these concerns still cannot
be resolved, you may contact The Joint Commission directly.
The Joint Commission is an independent, not-for-profit, national body that oversees the
safety and quality of health care and other services provided in accredited
organizations. Information about accredited organizations may be provided

accreditation and the accreditation performance of individual organizations can
