Beware of Scams
We want to make you aware of a scam specifically targeting patients. Callers posing as employees of laboratories, medical equipment vendors and pharmacies have been telling patients that their provider ordered a lab test, medication or device for them. The scammers then ask for billing information including the patient's insurance provider and number.
What to Remember
- Do NOT provide any personal, financial or insurance information to unknown callers
- Your provider will NEVER order a lab test, medication or device for you without discussing it with you first
What to Do
If you receive a suspicious call, hang up immediately and report it to your insurance provider. Patients with Medicare or Medicaid should report suspicious calls by calling 1-800-HHS-TIPS (1-800-447-8477).

Manage Your Family's Health
MyChart makes it easy to access and manage healthcare for your children and/or adult family members. To access a family member's medical record in MyChart, complete the appropriate proxy access request form. You'll be granted access to your family member's medical record through your MyChart account.
As of April, 2021, patients will have quicker and broader access to their medical record and provider notes. As part of this initiative, you will get lab and imaging reports at the same time as your provider. What does this mean?
